The frying pan or modern skillet from the TechnIQ range by Scanpan comes in 2 useful sizes: 22cm and 30cm.

The design of the skillet with it's low flared sides allows the food to be turned, seared and able to slide out easily. The long handle ensures ease of keeping the pan moving when stirring or scrambling whilst keeping hands safely away from heat sources.
